Topcon GRS-1 – GNSS in the palm of your hand
Topcon’s GRS-1 (Geodetic Rover System) is the world’s first fully integrated dual constellation network enabled RTK rover system. It is an all-in-one handheld GNSS receiver and field controller featuring high-speed processor, increased memory, built-in camera and digital compass. Also integrated are an SD memory card slot, optional internal GSM or CDMA modem, and wireless connectivity via Wireless LAN and Bluetooth® wireless technology.
The GRS-1 achieves three primary and evolutionary goals for a GNSS receiver: small size, minimal weight, and affordability. It provides DGPS capability via an internal L1 antenna, perfect for the GIS and navigation space. Instantly move to centimeter RTK accurate dual frequency / dual constellation GNSS by simply adding a carbonfiber pole with Topcon’s PGA-1 external antenna then connect to your local GNSS network via the internal modem. As an added benefit, the GRS-1 can also be used as a static post processed receiver system.
Sokkia SRX - Robotic total station
The SRX from Sokkia is a fully-robotic, fully-tracking and auto-pointing robotic total station, with on-demand target reacquisition.
The SRX uses the latest robotic technology and Sokkia’s patented REDtech EX technology that offers the highest precision on all ranges of measurement. This flagship total station has the latest technology on-board to make single-operator measuring quick, easy and accurate.
Sokkia’s SRX has Bluetooth wireless technology for cable-free use, making this single-operator total station even more convenient. Multiple data interfaces, including USB and Compact Flash, make data in the field easy to transport back to the office. Groundbreaking new Independent Angle Calibration System (IACS) provides extremely reliable angle measurement with unprecedented stability.
Topcon IS Imaging Station – Long-range robotic scanning
Topcon’s IS Imaging Station combines advanced imaging and high-accuracy surveying, incorporating real-time field imagery with spatial data. Topcon’s exclusive ImageMaster software produces “photography with dimension,” a revolutionary and cost effective alternative to laser scanning.
The IS features include: Creation of a 360° photo fieldbook in seconds; Automatically recognizes significant features in the images with IntelligentScan; ImageDrive allows the user to visually operate from the controller and easily switch from imaging to prism tracking; Independent Control to allow complete control from a computer, WiFi-equipped FC-2200, and other compatible devices; and Integrated dual-camera array with wide-area and 30x scope view to zoom in on needed detail.
