3001, a Northrop Grumman company, is a leading provider of geospatial products and services. We perform airborne imaging, surveying, mapping, remote sensing, and the development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). 3001’s products are used for domestic and international civilian, defense and intelligence initiatives, to manage infrastructure, and to better understand our world. Since 9/11 in particular, defense and intelligence communities have relied on 3001 for critical global geospatial solutions.
Always on the forefront of technology, we were co-developers of the Leica ALS50 LiDAR mapping system; the first company in North America to own the Z/I DMC, and to offer all-digital orthophotography using both the Leica ADS40 and the Z/I DMC sensors.
We are celebrating our 44th year in the geospatial industry, with more than 295 employees in ten offices throughout the eastern, southeastern, and mid-western United States.
