Blue Marble Geographics is pleased to announce the acquisition of a commercial property and the successful relocation of the company to Hallowell, Maine . Blue Marble’s geospatial data manipulation, visualization and conversion solutions are used worldwide by thousands of GIS analysts at software, oil and gas, mining, civil engineering, surveying, and technology companies, as well as governmental and university organizations.
Blue Marble’s growth including the acquisition of Global Mapper, LLC of Parker, Colorado in 2011 has culminated in the purchase and renovation of the property at 77 Water Street in Hallowell. The company opened doors at the new location on Monday October 1st.
Blue Marble President Patrick Cunningham had this to say on the move, “We are pleased to have relocated to Hallowell, an historic and vibrant community on the Kennebec River, in the heart of central Maine. Renovations were completed on time, and we moved in with minimal downtime for our online services.
