The Deadline for Abstract Submission of the 35th International Symposium on Remote Sensing of Environment Has Been Extended to October 15, 2012
The 35th International Symposium on Remote Sensing of Environment will be held in Beijing from April 22-26, 2013. The theme of the event is "Earth Observation and Global Environmental Change - 50 Years of Remote Sensing: Progress and Prospects". The symposium will be hosted by Center for Earth Observation and Digital Earth, Chinese Academy of Sciences, jointly organized by International Center for Remote Sensing of Environment (ICRSE), International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS), and also Group on Earth Observations (GEO).
The event will attract a large number of international participants to discuss the role of earth observation on global environmental change, review the progress of remote sensing development, and also look forward the future prospects of remote sensing technologies. The symposium will take several ways to celebrate the half-century history of remote sensing, the concept of which was born in 1962 in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the first International Symposium on Remote Sensing of Environment.
You are cordially invited to attend this important symposium and to visit Beijing, captial city of the People's Republic of China. For more information about the symposium, please visit www.isrse35.org
