SimActive is the developer of Correlator3D™ software, a patented end-to-end photogrammetry solution for the generation of high-quality geospatial data from satellite and aerial imagery, including UAVs. Correlator3D™’s aerial triangulation is based on unique algorithms for tie point extraction and advanced minimization techniques for bundle adjustment. Leveraging the GPU and multi-core CPU, entire projects can be processed in minutes.
After AT, elevation models can be generated. SimActive developed patented algorithms for the generation of accurate dense DSMs. Powered by the GPU, Correlator3D™ processes large datasets rapidly. The DSM can then be used to extract a DTM. Algorithms are used to automatically detect the ground and generate a bare earth model.
Using the DTM, orthomosaics can be produced with no limit to the number of images. Automated seamline generation algorithms stitch the orthophotos together to form a seamless mosaic.
To edit automatically generated seamlines, an interactive visual interface is used. Limitless users can simultaneously edit mosaic seamlines without conflicts. This interface was designed to interact smoothly with large datasets, saving time with zooming and panning.
