Hi everyone, i am currently studying for a qualification in construction and i have a question regarding working out the calculations from a field survey. At college we had to take several readings using a optical leveler and measure several points in a grid, which was 30mx30m. We had a TBM to work from and measured every 5m against a staff measuring stick. I am having alot of problems understanding how to use the calculations. Can anyone provide the correct method from the start point to the final calculation? on the sheet we have, the back site, intermediate site and fore site. Then height of collimation and the reduced level. Is there a idiots guide for this because im stumped!
