I would like to point out 2 typo errors in the solution to problem 284;
One being a double minus sign; between equation [2] and equation [3] there is an unnumbered equation and in the denominator of that equation and just after 8/sin m you will see --. There should be only one minus sign.
The next error(omission) is in equation [3] last term reads  -2*sin^4 = 0; It should read
- 2* sin^4 m = 0

Note: The solution to this problem goes by the assumption that " R be the center of rotation for the table"    PROVE IT.
