Dave,
I'm new to this thing; I expected to have the answers simply posted somewhere accessible - have yet to find them anywhere on the website. Radius for the 3 tangent circle, after a bit of fancy dancing, I got as 61.038'...let's simply say 61.04...

Dave,

    I take it Shelly did not let you know that it was discontinued due to lack of participation.  We were getting fewer and fewer responders as it went along and hardly anyone was following the instructions, so they decided to discontinue the contest.
