Hi, is it possible that there is some time of the day that my signal's are very low????

Do you mean GPS signals?
There are periods of the day where your DOP values are very high. They can be short, 10-15 minutes, or longer, sometimes up to an hour.
You can usually check your DOP values with software like Trimbles Planning module which comes with Trimble Geomatics Office.

Actually, while I was doing some quick research on free planning software, I came across this link which tells you all about how the system works. Also, they link to Trimbles free planning software, which I didnt realize was actually free.
