formula to locate square,rectangle and triangular property lines |

tell me if this is a good inexpensive way of locating property lines for rectangles,squares or triangles.
if you know the location of two survey stakes(assuming they are in their original location)
you can calculate and locate the other two
.
You'd just mark out two equal length perpendicular lines from the survey post ,if even each is just 10 ft in length, ,and then by using a "type of gunsite setup"
you could site the line locations fairly accurate .
To be sure your 2 initial "stake lines" remain at 90 degree angles you just adjust and re calculate to maintain an equalateral triangle.
