Errors in Lindells solution
#1, Angle KFG is 109d37m37s (which will round to 109d38m) NOT 109d39m
#2, The perpendicular distance from G to line BF is 279.273 which will round to 279.3; NOT 279.2
#3, Area of Triangle GFB is 94,098.4 sq. ft. NOT 93,532 sq. ft.
#4, If we calculate the angle GFB(71d19m33s) and add it to Lindell angle KFG (109d39m)
this = 180d58m33s. Line BFK is a straight Line which means the sum of the two angles should = 180 degrees. If we use the correct calculated angle of KFG and that of GFB we get 180d57m10s Which is still not correct. This only means that the distances Lindell has shown are WRONG.
#5, Area of Triangle BED is 97,983 sq. ft. NOT 98,912
#6, If we calculate angle BED (66d34m47s) and add it to Lindells angle NED (112d06m)
we get 178d40m47s. This is another big error. This by construction "prolong BE to some point N" is a straight line and should be 180d exactly.
