best software for land subdivision that shows Area dist bearing |

I have been looking for a software that is efficient and saves time for parcel subdivision.
my work usually involves subdivision of land given the perimeter lines from the field survey team.
The perfect software for me will be able to offer the following:
Assign plot numbers to each plot
Label bearing and distance on each plot line authomatically
Label Area of each plot authomatically
Able to generate the labelled information on a printable format.
I have been reading about LANDSKETCH SUBDIVISION by Eagle point
but i cant find a link to download a trial mode to try the software before making a purchase.
My company is really eager and willing to find a solution to this need.
