Project Highlights
• Conoco Phillips Trainer Refinery – Alky Unit Survey
Approx. nine acres of detailed topography on a ten-foot grid of the Alkylation Unit. Managed field crew throughout three weeks of field work, coordinated with client, plotted data, provided control coordinates, generated contours, created final plot and compiled all deliverables including digital CAD files and pictures.
• New York State Department of Transportation – Bronx River Parkway Control
Established Second Order GPS monuments and benchmarks along the Bronx River Parkway for NYSDOT. Compiled control report detailing the methods used and data obtained to qualify for classification. Planned and performed GPS observations, traversed the control and ran level loops.
• Pulte Homes – Windsor Ridge
Residential development with 440+ units comprising both singles and townhomes, recreational facilities, trails and natural landscapes. Provided all phases of surveying services including road and utility layout, preliminary topography and as-built plans, permit plans, foundation layouts, grading, etc.
• U. S. Army Corps of Engineers – Manville, NJ Flood Study
Stream and bridge cross-sections, utility locations, flood mark elevations and control survey for the preparation of a flood study by the USACE.
